Oxford Athletic Club wanted a prestigious publication exclusively for its members, serving as a way to feature members and highlight the club's upcoming offerings. In order to appeal to the high-end clientele at Oxford, we needed a high-end publication.
We decided on a name, Influence, then the branding, and then moved forward with a 50-page magazine, knowing that it was a similar size to other executive club's magazines. The magazine featured articles based on the instructors, members, staff, and more. Our small team of four was able to turn around the magazine in a very short eight weeks. We branded, photographed, wrote, and distributed the magazine within that timeline. My role on this large-scale project was designing the layout of the entire magazine, creating the majority of the ads, editing some of the content, and ensuring the production was completed in a timely manner. I was also the photographer for most of the non-stock imagery.
