PROBLEM
Amazon's internal communications needed to reach employees across different locations, languages, and business units. Materials had to communicate clearly while maintaining brand consistency and remaining easy for local teams to adapt.

SOLUTION
As part of Amazon's Operations Internal Communications design team, I developed visual communication materials and reusable toolkits for initiatives ranging from employee engagement campaigns to workplace policies.

Across my time at Amazon, I contributed to more than 45 communication toolkits, helping teams deliver consistent, adaptable materials across different channels and audiences.

A Campaign Built for Reuse
Developed a cohesive blood drive campaign toolkit for use across North American Amazon locations, with potential applications alongside the American Red Cross.

The system combined typography, color, iconography, and layout guidelines with adaptable assets for digital signage, social media, and print.

Making Complex Information Accessible
Designed employee handbooks and supporting materials for Amazon's European operations, translating detailed workplace policies into clear, approachable communications.

Using established brand standards, structured layouts, and consistent illustrations, the materials were designed to support localization into five languages while maintaining a unified visual identity.
