01
PROBLEM
Past conference identities were designed primarily as standalone logos. While effective in print, they were difficult to extend across motion, large-format digital displays and an increasingly immersive conference environment.
SOLUTION
I evolved the identity into a flexible visual system built around each year’s theme and host location. Color, typography and graphic elements draw inspiration from the destination while being intentionally designed to move—creating an identity that can live consistently across screens, signage, presentations and motion.

02
PROBLEM
The conference relied heavily on traditional print signage and presentation formats, despite having a massive digital stage and opportunities for a much more immersive experience.
SOLUTION
I helped shift the conference toward a digital-first experience. Static signage became digital displays, environmental graphics became extensions of the event identity, and the 60' × 18' main stage became a canvas for presentation design, motion and video rather than simply a screen for traditional slides.

03
PROBLEM
Executive presentations begin with ideas—not finished slides. Working directly with C-suite leadership meant translating speeches, written notes, data and strategic concepts into a cohesive visual story for a live audience.
SOLUTION
I work directly with executive leadership to transform their content into approximately 110–140 presentation slides each year, using imagery, typography, video and motion to communicate complex ideas visually while maintaining a consistent conference experience.

04
PROBLEM
The annual Awards Gala historically carried the conference theme into the ceremony. But the awards recognize achievements from the previous year, while the conference theme represents the organization’s direction for the year ahead.
SOLUTION
I separated the Gala from the conference identity and developed it as its own premium awards experience. Inspired by major entertainment award shows, the new visual direction uses dramatic typography, lighting, motion and presentation design to give recognition to the awards and give them their own distinct moment.
